Tyvek Header Bag

Header bags made from Tyvek are ideal for heavy and bulky medical devices. They come in various widths, can be printed as desired. These bags can protect heavy products or serve as the outer layer in double sterile barrier systems. Tyvek header bags consist of see-through film with a Tyvek lap, offering visibility of the contents. They are suitable for E.O. and irradiation sterilization and provide a solution for ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization of medical devices within film-film packages and foil pouches. Tyvek allows moisture and heat from EO sterilization to pass in and out of the package and offers superior puncture resistance, moisture resistance, and microbial barrier compared to medical-grade paper.
